Overview
These Terms of Service apply to the Discord bots named Coco and Tygrys.
Coco and Tygrys are private Discord bots created and operated exclusively for one Discord server. They are not public multi-server bots, are not listed for public installation, and are not intended to be installed or operated by other communities.
By using the Discord server where Coco and Tygrys are active, users agree that these bots may process server activity as described in these Terms of Service and in the Privacy Policy.

1. Relationship with Discord
Coco and Tygrys are independent applications operated by the server/application owner listed above.
These Terms do not replace Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, Privacy Policy, or any other Discord rules. Users must continue to comply with Discord’s own rules while using the server.
Discord is not responsible for Coco, Tygrys, their moderation decisions, their availability, or these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Bots
Applies to both bots
Coco and Tygrys are used to support server safety, moderation, anti-abuse protection, audit logging, and community management.
The bots process Discord data only where necessary to provide their stated functionality, including moderation, anti-spam protection, anti-abuse protection, audit logs, staff review, and server security.
The bots are not used for advertising, user profiling, data brokerage, commercial sale of data, unrelated analytics, or AI/ML training.
Coco-specific purpose
Coco is a server safety and anti-spam bot. It helps protect users from compromised accounts, spam bots, phishing links, scam domains, malware, ransomware, fraud links, NSFW domains, gambling domains, drug-related domains, Discord invite spam, suspicious scam phrases, repeated spam messages, mass mentions, attachment spam, and image spam patterns.
Coco uses a rule-based scoring system. When a message or user activity pattern crosses the configured threshold, Coco may delete unsafe messages, clean up recent messages from the same user across accessible server channels and active threads, apply a temporary timeout, and post a moderation log to a dedicated Discord moderation/log channel.
Coco does not inspect, OCR, classify, or analyze the visual content of images. Image spam detection is based only on Discord attachment metadata and posting patterns, such as MIME type, file extension, number of images, posting speed, and whether images are posted across multiple channels.
Tygrys-specific purpose
Tygrys is a moderation and audit logging bot. It provides moderation commands, moderation case tracking, server audit logs, anti-invite protection, blocked-term moderation, deleted/edited message logging, attachment evidence logging, member join/leave logs, role-change logs, voice-channel join/leave logs, and optional YouTube notification functionality.
Tygrys is used by authorized server staff to review moderation events, investigate abuse, enforce server rules, and maintain server safety.
3. User Conduct
Users may not use the server or the bots to:
- violate Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines, or platform rules;
- post phishing, scam, malware, ransomware, fraud, NSFW, gambling, drug-related, or otherwise unsafe links;
- spam messages, attachments, images, mentions, or Discord invites;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or target other users;
- evade moderation actions;
- exploit, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the bots;
- attempt to access bot tokens, credentials, databases, logs, attachments, or private infrastructure;
- use the bots to collect data about other users;
- mislead staff or users about bot actions.
4. Moderation Actions
Applies to both bots
Bot actions may be automated, manual, or semi-automated depending on the feature.
Possible actions include message deletion, warning/case creation, temporary timeout, timeout removal, kick, ban, message cleanup, and moderation/audit log creation.
Server staff may review bot logs and may uphold, modify, or reverse moderation decisions at their discretion, subject to server rules and Discord rules.
Coco-specific moderation actions
Coco may automatically delete messages, clean up recent messages from the same user, or apply a temporary timeout when its anti-spam score crosses configured thresholds.
Coco’s detections are rule-based and may occasionally produce false positives. Users may report false positives to server staff using the contact method listed above or the server’s designated moderation/support channel.
Tygrys-specific moderation actions
Tygrys may execute moderator slash commands, create moderation cases, delete prohibited invite messages, warn users, apply automatic timeout after repeated invite violations, delete messages containing configured blocked terms, and create audit logs for staff review.
Tygrys commands are intended for authorized server staff only.
5. No Individual Opt-Out from Safety Checks
Because Coco and Tygrys provide server safety and moderation, users cannot individually opt out of safety checks while posting or participating in the server.
Users who do not want their messages or activity processed by the bots may stop posting in the server or leave the server.
Users may still request deletion or modification of their stored data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to reasonable safety, moderation, legal, and technical limitations.
6. Availability and Reliability
Coco and Tygrys are provided on an “as available” basis.
The operator does not guarantee that the bots will be online at all times, detect every violation, prevent every harmful link, preserve every log, or operate without errors.
The bots may be changed, disabled, restarted, updated, or removed at any time.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of Coco and Tygrys is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data the bots process, why the data is processed, how data is stored, how long data may be retained, whether data is shared, and how users can request deletion or modification.
8. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
Applies to both bots
The bots operate through Discord’s API and Discord’s platform.
The bots may run on infrastructure controlled by the operator or an infrastructure/hosting provider. Infrastructure providers may technically process data only as necessary to host and operate the bots.
Coco-specific third-party services
Coco may download public domain blocklists from configured external sources. Coco uses these lists locally for domain matching. Coco does not send Discord message content or Discord user data to those blocklist providers for checking.
Tygrys-specific third-party services
If YouTube notifications are enabled, Tygrys may fetch public YouTube RSS feed data for a configured YouTube channel and post notifications in a configured Discord channel. This feature uses public YouTube video data and does not require sending Discord user message content to YouTube.
9. Support, Reports, and Appeals
Users may report issues, false positives, abuse, privacy concerns, or moderation concerns by contacting:
[CONTACT METHOD]
Examples of reportable issues include:
- false positive moderation;
- incorrect timeout, deletion, kick, or ban;
- privacy or data deletion request;
- suspected bot malfunction;
- security concern;
- unauthorized access concern.
Server staff will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
10. Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms when bot functionality, data practices, server rules, Discord requirements, or applicable laws change.
The latest version should be made available through the server’s information channel, bot profile, website, or another accessible location.
Continued use of the server after changes are published means continued acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination of Access
The operator or server staff may restrict or terminate a user’s access to the server or bot functionality if the user violates these Terms, Discord’s rules, server rules, or creates a safety/security risk.
The operator may also stop operating Coco or Tygrys at any time.
